No longer allowed to buy fractional Vanguard ETFs as of 6/10/2026?

Has anybody noticed on the app that it is forcing you to buy in whole number share amounts for Vanguard ETFs? (VTI, VXUS, etc)

I just bought fractional shares of VTI yesterday and have seen no news about this
