Got sick of rebuilding app screens by hand for promos, so I made a free tool that converts a live site into editable AE layers

Built a free, open source tool called AfterSoft. Point it at any running website or web app and it spits out a .jsx that rebuilds each screen in AE as editable layers: live text, real shape layers for buttons and cards, footage for icons. Made it because rebuilding app UI by hand for promo videos was eating hours. It's v1 so there are limits (fonts substitute unless installed, long text doesn't wrap yet, gradients and WebGL get rasterized), but it's genuinely useful already.
