How Popular is I Love Boosters?

I had heard that it was bombing at the box office but my wife and I decided to check it out last night (a Tuesday!) and it was all but sold out in every independent theater in Portland. Granted this is Portland which is about as close to the target demographic as you can get. But I can’t imagine it being at only 8 million or whatever with the enthusiasm we saw (and the sell outs). Is the movie still picking up steam? We loved it and I hope Boots is able to continue to make these bonkers lefty movies.
