Twisted love, thoughts?

So I have always been a big reader. I have enjoyed reading different genres ranging between mystery, thrillers, horror, fantasy, romance.

More recently I got into the habit of reading books whenever I find free time at work. Over the course of 2 months I have finished about 6-7 books, all amazing, all a treat to read, great storytelling, and really interesting.

To keep the streak going I decided to finally get around to reading twisted love. I had heard a lot about it from friends and obviously seen a lot about it in the past years on the internet. But can we talk about how below mediocre this book is? I am assuming this book is supposed be just for teenagers, because no one over the age of 17, I would think, would be interested in reading such a predictable story line.

and it's not even just the story line that I am not really finding particularly interesting. Maybe it's the writing style, I am not a fan. honestly like having heard and read so much about it online I didn't think it would be such a bust.

Of course this is just my opinion, because the book, in fact the series, was a best seller so I don't know it just didn't live up to the hype for me at all.
