Dark Asian SciFi Revenge Film

I'm rewriting this from a previous post. I tried to find the film with AI for hours, no luck.

I saw this film on a Chinese airline back in 2014. No audio, so I couldn't hear the dialect. Could be Japanese, Chinese, or Thai.

Film has an element of memory manipulation. There are people who can erase memories, black markets, etc.

Hero is on a revenge quest. At the beginning of the film, he is attacked by gangsters on a boat, thrown overboard to die, separated from his girlfriend.

At one point, the hero follows a gay guy wearing a fruit hat to some shipping containers. Hero meets gangsters, beats them all up, accidentally kills their leader, leader is alive on a laptop. Hero threatens to delete him.

I believe the name "The White Snake" was used.

At the end, the villain is revealed to be a beautiful woman in long flowing white robes. The hero might be punished because he abandoned his pregnant girlfriend, this is revealed in a flashback at an amusement park.
