Chief Beef vs other food stalls

Whenever I try and put multiple food stalls the guests seem to only really want to use some more than others- like Chief Beef over most all the ones from the DLC. Does this happen for other people too?

I like to have variety in my parks but not if the other stalls all lose money it makes no sense
