As an NRI Can I sell my property without Aadhar and PAN Please Help

Hey Guys ,

I am an NRI and I have been abroad my entire life. I am 55 Years old, My parents have passed away and my siblings want to sell all of our parents properties.

The issue we're running into is that I am unable to get my PAN and Aadhar. I have visited india just for it and its been almost a year and its on pending verification.

I asked my son who works in India to visit the Aadhar and PAN office and they're giving him the runaround.

I am really stuck. my siblings are pretty angry with me fearing that the deal will not close since I am the only one amongst the siblings without an Aadhar/PAN

Please Help me
