Help me decide how to leave my shithole country as a gay atheist

So I'm a gay atheist 19yo algerian guy and I've been wanting to escape this shithole for a while, so I applied for some programs abroad and got two scholarship offers, one from saudi arabia and the other from argentina

I don't know which to pick because on the one hand I want a place where I can be gay and atheist freely but on the other hand I want financial stability, and the saudi option offers that generously

For argentina i'd have to work and stuff to pay rent and food and transport amidst high inflation which is materially very hard

what do you guys recommend?
