My friend is trying to get a guy

just gonna give a shorter version, my friend started liking a guy in December and he liked her too and they had a whole ahh situationship. Then, around holi he started dating this other girl and broke up with her within a month. Then he said he liked her and the next day he said he didnt wanna date.

Its been a month since that but he still keeps staring at her and all, blushing around her, trying to talk to her and what not.

She still likes him but ofc she wont confess. Do yall know any mind games she could play on him so that wants her or wtv idk. Help gnggg, Im trying my best to help her lol.
