Weight loss help

Currently, like 6 weeks in on my weight loss journey and I would be grateful for some advice/posts that you like or follow.

I was 136 kg when I started, down to 123 kg now. I sadly do not have a job but do around 13000 (9 km) steps a day, sometimes 17000 if I need to go somewhere before walking. I walk as fast as i can and mix in some incline there. It takes 1 hour and 45 minutes to walk 9 km, i start 5 mins and end 5 mins slowly tho and hills also slow my walking speed. I eat breakfast at 9.00, lunch 12.00 and main meal at 14.00.

I would really like some food recommendations/posts/articles, for now

Breakfast, i really like oatmeal, eat it like 2x a week, also 2 sandwiches with cheese salad and tomatoes with white bread 1x week, other 4 days I shuffle between eggs, avocados, cornmeal mush, barley, quinoa i normally add in carrots and leek to cooked legumes in wok and eat em warm. What I eat depends on the main meal, i do not eat eggs or oatmeal if i eat meat for main meal not really sure what to shuffle when tho, still figuring out.

Lunch, just some sweet fruit like watermelon, cherry, plum because it feels good instead of water.

Main meal, I eat meat 3 times a week (2x chicken/turkey, 1x beef or pork) I do not consume any processed meat, not eating fish since i live quite far from the sea. When I eat meat I do not eat potato or pasta with it and the vegeterian days (4 days in a week) are very tough to figure what to eat so i just go with potatoes or pasta with vegetables. Some of my favs meat meals are-rice with stir fry chicken (not really fried), baked chicken wings and quino salad, turkey breast in onion sauce with radicchio salad and bread, HM pizza with beef and buffalo cheese. Veg meals, pasta with eggplant, basil, tomato and parm, pasta with Pecorino and pepper, baked potato, red pepper sauce and green salad with something, sauteed potatoes with onions and asparagus or Zucchini, soups with bread/ pancakes (normally use chicken or beef base tho)...

Currently I do not feel that i need to eat more but obviously i am concerned about long term doing this, so i would like to see what you guys think about this or what you recommend. Also love reading about other people experiences so any posts that you really liked would be greatly appreciated.
