LGBT owned or allies catering in northwest suburbs? (Near elk grove village)

My company's HR is planning on doing a pride lunch and I suggested an emphasis on LGBT owned business. Looking at about 75 ish people. Vegetarian options are required. Schaumburg/elk Grove area. Any suggestions?
