Help needed with refrigerator ice maker

Last week I noticed a leaky outdoor spigot and turned off my main water for two days. The plumber has fixed my spigot and the water has been on now for a few days.

Afterwards, my ice maker has not been making any ice.

I learned I should have turned it off when I turned the water off, but I didn't know that then.

My refrigerator is a LFC20760SW. The ice maker is the Type 1 icemaker shown in the manual.

The ice maker looks like this one: 5989JA0002N

Do any of you have experience troubleshooting refrigerator ice makers? I am hoping to fix this myself, since we just had to pay the plumber.

It sounds like water is going into the refrigerator, but nothing is happening with the ice maker. It also seems like the drainage bin is always full now, so I imagine that's where it is going.
