Will Attack on Titan Season 1 ever be available again in Germany?

It seems that this is not an isolated instance. In this case: Season 1 of Attack on Titan is not available at all on crunchyroll in germany, no dub, no nothing. With that the other seasons are kind of pointless, so I wonder what the reasons could be for only season 1 to not be available. And this leads to the question in the title. Will season 1 ever be available again? Are there time periods after which licenses are lost/renewed? Other anime suffer from this as well. If not all seasons are available and especially if that's the case for season 1, there is little reason to start watching. Might as well be nothing available at all.

If my memory serves me right season 1 was available at least with japanese dub not so long ago. Currently it seems to be only available at ADN and by extension on Amazon Prime Video. I don't want to start a new subscription or buy the first season physically. But I also don't want to wait potentially many years just for nothing to change.

Is there still hope that crunchyroll might get the licenses back?
