🚀Hiring – Cold Calling Agents (Real Estate)

💰 Salary: 11,000 EGP + up to 3,000 EGP KPIs
Total up to 14,000 EGP

Monday to Friday {Saturday & Sunday are off}

💪🏻 KPIs:
• 40 Leads = 2,000 EGP
• 60 Leads = 3,000 EGP

✅ No experience needed
🏠 Location: Work From Home
🗣 Required English Level: B2+
📞 Real estate cold calling experience is preferred (not required)

🕖 Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM (including 1 hour break)
🎓 Paid training provided

Performance Policy for the underperformers

* Below 25 Leads: 40% deduction
* Below 10 Leads: 60% deduction
* Below 10 Leads for 2 consecutive months: Mandatory retraining
* Action plans provided for underperformers
