EMERGENCY - Stranded near Tours

Hello, me and my mom are stranded on Rue Des Boulonnìeres in the Ets Gaudier, rental car’s tire was ripped to shreds and taxi company provided by 119 cannot fit a bike box. We have a bike box and 2 suitcases. If anyone is headed to Tours or can pick us up we can pay. Thank you
