Today : Wednesday 10th June 2026

I decided to start this series to document my life throughout secondary school. I’m currently in year 9 and about to enter year 10.

Today I was at school as normal. It was the worst day on my timetable with RS,MATHS,ENGLISH,GEOGRAPHY and SCIENCE. I had subs for most of the lessons which made the day feel quicker.

At break I sat with my friends who doNt overly like me and at lunch, when it was chucking it down, I messed about in puddles and in the rain.

All the talk was on DofE which is tomorrow but I’m definitely not excited. I’m in a group full of girls because one of my friend group already had two many people and the other aren’t bothered about me. It’s very embarrassing but I do have friends in the current group I’m in.

Today we also had an assembly about pride and waking into the assembly made me scared. I’m not gay but everyone believes I am. When the teachers mentioned “gay” or “pride” some of my classmates would look at me to embarrass me. I know I’m not gay and it’s not fair people believe I am and treat me like I am.
