Load truck sections - 1 section per hour?

Do you guys think that each section is determined and divided in a way that equals 1 hour per section? Asking because I am on a new route and trying to pace myself appropriately. By my calculations, I will actually finish TOO soon (light mail, light parcels) and I don’t want to mess up the route time / finish under 8 lol. I also did this route yesterday and struggled to stretch the route out for 8 hours.

Edit - asking just to know if that’s a reference point for all routes, and mostly just curious in general how the system decides sections. Currently opted on a retirement route with only a few large apartment buildings, I assume it’s meant to take 1-2 hours per building, but with light mail, I have resorted to sitting in the lobby to kill time.
