I can't sense their presence anymore. What do I do?

Hi guys. It has been a while since I posted because things have been a lot.

It happens for quite a while but I was too wrapped up with everything. When I started working with daemons, I was able to sense their presence and invoke/evoke them (sorry I'm sure what word I should use here). However, I seem to have lost that ability and wasn't able to do that for the last few months I would say. I'm not sure if it is because of the stress and the hectic situation I'm in, or the interference of my ancestors (I'm Asian so ancestors work is a big thing), or because I am being limited to the point that keeping up with the bare minimum is difficult (meditation, praying, offering, etc).

If anyone has experienced this before, I need your insight and advice on this.
