useful apps/sites the city might need but has no profit?

so this is a bit of an odd one , but long story short , I have some time on my hands and I want to give back to the community , I'm looking specifically for ideas that make NO MONEY. Things like tools for non profits , or helps a reoccuring problem that nobody would pay for or make cause there is no money in it , but it really helps a community of people out.

I would be doing it over the rest of the year on weekends in my spare time, obviously its an open list so anyone who sees an idea they like can make it too. No AI garbage I pray however/that would just be lame AF.

I grew up on free software and just wanna make things that give back to that space , it would be 100% free indefinitely unless it has server costs associated for features that aren't possible for free. If its features/a tool that can be ran locally on your computer then there is no cost 100%.
