Advice Needed - Cash Based, Small Clinic

Does anyone have advice on what a cash based, small (2 DPT's & 2 admin), struggling PT clinic can do to make more profit? We strictly do one-on-one manual therapy and do not have any PTA's or techs. We are in FL and the city demographics is a lot of student athletes and snow birds.
