35f Wife need help. Willing to share

Hi all! Unfortunately life has taken a turn for the worst. I’ve always had a decent job and provided for our family. About a year ago I checked into rehab after a noticeable struggle with alcohol. I’ve been clean now for over a year trying to get things back on track. This past year I started two businesses however both are still growing at a slow rate and it hasn’t been close to covering bills. I’m finally at the point where I’m desperate for money. I feel like a shit husband although I’m trying to do the right thing. It’s just not enough. With close to 2k in bills coming up and less than $40 in my account I’m afraid of what’s to come next. I don’t wanna lose my house, my wife, all that I’ve worked hard for. I’d be willing to share some photos/videos of my wife for some financial support. I have over 70 files in the set.
