FPS issue when focussed (WTF ???)

Hi there, first time i post here, i'm seeking help because since some days or maybe one or two weeks, i have more FPS when game unfocussed than when game focussed, like if the settings were inverted, generally we have settings that reduces FPS when unfocussed, but i checked all the settings, allocated 6GB of RAM, changed every FPS related settings in Lunar

Setup :

- Ryzen 9 7900X
- RTX 4060Ti Gaming X Slim 16GB
- 2x16GB 5600Mhz Crucial RAM
