Hello Jamnagar guyss !! could anyone suggest purchased a house in jamnagar

Heyy,
I am not from jamnagar, but my father works there, so we have a house at there, not in jamnagar exactly away from city (20km approx towards relience).

But I wanna purchase one house/villa at Jamnagar. Maybe 2/3bhk. What's the market price there? I don't know the price at jamnagar.

Could anyone have info related to that?

maybe 2/3 bhk villa or flat. budget maybe around 50L+.
