Welfare payment Reduced?

My Jobseekers benefit was reduced by 15% today, welfare site shows the deduction as "debt deduction". I've only been on jobseekers for two weeks and havent claimed since 2013 prior to that so I have no idea what's going on.

Any idea where I can get an idea as to why/what caused this?
