Hope at last!

So I Ive been dealing with severe Gerd and Afib since 2020, and I recently got diagnosed with a small Hiatial hernia. Today I just got out of the cardiologist office, and we discussed all the findings. See I use to have SVT and I had the cardiac ablation surgery in 2021. I have not had an SVT episode since.. Now we found that both times I have went into Afib RVR I was bending down... My Cardiologist believes that the Hernia is irritating the Vagus nerve which in turn is resulting in PVCs and intermittent Afib.. my GI referred me to a surgeon for repair. And my cardiologist referred me to an EP so they can work with the surgeon... I really hope I can kill two birds with one stone. Has a Hiatial hernia caused anyone else's afib???
