Legacy Accounts - Active vs Inactive

Question

What are the actual requirements to keep legacy accounts in "active" status?

I've seen conflicting information and just want to make sure I keep all of my accounts active. I've been doing this by making a small trade every 30 calendar days, and it has been working. Someone posted this link the other day in the comments of a post though that seems to conflict with that. My small trades amount to about $20 in profit because I was under the assumption that you just had to be active every 30 days. The link says that not only do you need to be active, but need to net more than $150 in a trading day as well (every 30 days).

So why are my accounts still active? I have been trading one (out of five) account at a time to reach payout and then moving to the next one. I'm trading small and taking my time which is why I need to make small trades every 30 days in the other accounts. If you look across my accounts, you'll see very tight risk management and a steady climb in gains. No evidence of gambling or looking for windfalls.

Are there any mods here that actually work for Apex and can clear this up for me and everybody else?
