OL not released after a month!

I'm in despair need of switch and even after a month TCS is not sending the OL or any communication at all.

Is there any way to contact anyone regarding this?

Was selected in TCS Kolkata walk-in and CTC discussion doc submission is done next day. I've followed up the HR on mail several times but didn't get any reply so far.

Have they rejected the offer ?
