Can someone tell me what those flags mean?

Found these flags on a mlp post which caused a huge discussion about whether or not people should be allowed to have queer headcanons 💀 I did my research, but I can’t figure out what these flags are. Sorry for the bad quality, it got reposted an unholy amount of times.

Please help? :/
