When does Cognizant release the offer letter for Batch 2026 students who received their LOI in January 2026

I received my LOI on January 16, 2026, and I have been eagerly waiting for updates regarding the offer letter, joining date, and training schedule. So far, Cognizant has only mentioned that onboarding will happen batch-wise. However, many blogs and online posts are sharing different timelines, which is making me confused about what to expect.
