How do I UNSPAM my work number?

so the sales team i work is basically like a call center job where I call up different people and ask the if they wanna experience our product and buy it ultimately if they find it useful. so the company sim that they gave is coming up as SPAM and my call rates have dropped significantly. In a 100 calls maybe a 10 gets answered. How do I get around this?
