Laira bridge road

For years I thought when coming from Plymstock to town that you had to turn off on Laura bridge Road and go onto Gdynia way. Until recently I saw people carrying on Laira bridge Road onto embankment Road and down cattedown roundabout. How many others also have done the same for so long?
