šŸš€ $SRXH No Reverse Split Approved, Merger Setup Looks Way Bigger Than Most People Realize

Been digging into $SRXH and the setup here is honestly one of the more interesting reverse merger situations I’ve seen in a while.

From everything currently available: there’s no approved reverse split in place right now. The previous authorization expired back on March 29, so if a reverse split were ever going to happen later, it would require a new vote.

The part that caught my attention is the merger structure. If the transaction closes at or above current pricing levels, the resulting company could potentially start fresh regarding certain listing requirement timelines. That changes the conversation from ā€œsurvival modeā€ to ā€œwhat’s the actual business plan here?

Then there’s leadership.

Eric Jackson’s name keeps coming up because of his history around business turnarounds and scaling situations. Add in the compensation structure reportedly being tied to very large valuation milestones (starting at high market cap targets), and at least on paper that suggests incentives may be aligned toward building something bigger rather than short-term moves.

What makes this interesting to me isn’t hype , it’s the structure:

āœ… No active RS authorization currently
āœ… Reverse merger instead of traditional IPO route
āœ… New entity / fresh operating narrative
āœ… Leadership incentives tied to growth
āœ… Market seems split on whether this is opportunity or noise

Not saying this is guaranteed moon material ,reverse mergers carry risk and execution matters, but this feels like one of those setups where if management actually delivers, people will look back and say the signs were sitting there the whole time.

High risk. High reward. Watching closely.
