Viability

I normally play a Magicka NB and wanted to try making a werewolf character but I need help deciding what is better for it. I planned to put all points into health and use magic abilities and when mana runs out switching to werewolf form to fight longer. Which is better for this, Dragonknight or Templar? Thanks for the information in advance.
