How should I start preparing for mains,my pre and mains didn't go hand in hand

I've completed most of my Prelims preparation fairly thoroughly—I've read Laxmikanth around 8–10 times, covered Spectrum multiple times, and prepared the major Prelims subjects reasonably well.

However, I've done almost no dedicated Mains preparation so far. I haven't systematically covered GS topics such as Society, Governance, Social Justice, Internal Security, etc., from a Mains perspective.

My plan is to spend the next 5–6 months focusing primarily on Mains + answer writing and use the Sunya IAS books as a one-stop source for GS 1, 2, and 3. The idea is to build a solid Mains foundation for next year's exam.

Has anyone here followed a similar approach? Is relying mainly on Sunya IAS for GS Mains a good strategy, or would you recommend a different approach?
