Does a bic cristal ("stick" pen) compatible retractable pen exist?

My machined pen collection is in both Parker g2 and Pilot g2 sizes, but I find that I rarely carry them because they just run out of ink too fast (a few days for the pilot g2, a couple weeks for the parker g2).

Meanwhile, my Sherpa pen cover with a Bic inside is my go to because it's just lasts so long and is inexpensive to maintain.

Are there any stick compatible click/side click machined pens out there? I don't think I've ever seen any.
