How do you feel GAMEPLAY aspect of Sorcery TCG today?

How do you feel about how Sorcery TCG plays, as both kitchen-table game and competitive system? Like outside of collecting aspect. You have a nice deck and your opponent to. How does it feel to you?

I'm brand new. I've played it twice and I'll still have quite a lot to learn. But I've played plenty of various boardgames and some tcg's ocassionaly.

My first impression is that:

- this game drags quite a lot

- plays have a tendency to last long, while "not much happens on board"

- the whole building grid aspect adds a layer of strategy, while it's hard to utilize it properly, as there are no minions at any point in play (I'm not talking about minions).

But my first impressions can be really just unjustified worries. I want to ask you, how do you feel about the GAMEPLAY having multiple plays already behind you. :)
