Okay just got the Sotrue derma stamp and the sanitizer bottle was almost empty. Like actually empty?

When i first opened the pack and picked it up i thought that maybe im feeling it wrong Or something. opened the bottle and what do i see? Maybe half a centimeter of the liquid.

What even is the point of the spray then? Dont adverstise it together and people will just purchase it separately.
