What is a good writing schedule if you have an evening Job.

I work in Fedex from around 5:30 pm-2:00 am on Monday-Friday, 6-10:00 on Saturday, and I wake up around 11:30 to 12:30 am. I typically never have the energy to to write any short stories when I wake up. I usually stay on my phone until I have to start geting ready at 3:00, and I hate this. Ideally, I'd like to have deep writing sessions(2-4 hrs) or at least write in a way that contributes to whatever projects I'm doing at the time. I'd also like to step up my reading game too. What advice would you recommend for a writing schedule.
