Mayakoba - Fairmont villas v banyan tree

Which to pick? We have a Harborside villa at Fairmont and a villa at banyan tree. Going over winter break.

Traveling with three kids aged 4, 5 and 7. Love to do stuff, like bike rides, seeing animals etc. Really love luxurious hotels with good food but do need it to be family friendly. We love Bali vibes, love the beach and pool although the kids aren’t huge beach kids.
