Still coming down from the high after beating PCR on my 1st playthrough. As a DS3 vet I nearly shit myself to death reading the name Metyr on an optional boss after going deep underground down a long ass secret ladder in the DLC. Can confirm though no relation to Midir in terms of difficulty lol.
