how can I make Ejari without transferring DEWA to tenant?

first time trying to do Ejari as the owner 🙈 I do not seem to find an option where it says I bear DEWA.
when I tried to make a contract it automatically sent a (move in) request to the tenant requesting he opens a DEWA under his name.

how can I fix this?
