Question

I’ve recently saw a dell precision 7770 that I want to buy, but I have the option of getting an RTX a4500 16gb or 20gb a4500, I can’t find any evidence that these 20gb cards exist, but I’m wondering if some businesses had got them exclusive, thank you!
