Autistic brother is having more behavioral issues over the summer, what do I do?

He’s always been kind of an a-hole in general, hard to tell whether it’s autism or him just being him. He hits, swears, bites, scratches etc when things don’t go his way. He’s obviously not going to school since it’s summer which means he’s home, and he has a babysitter most days because he won’t listen to me (despite me being 17 and 7 years older than him). She can’t really control him either though, and every time I go in the pool or try to watch tv he’s hitting me and trying to flip me over (on a floatie) or scratching and swearing and I’m just really sick of it. any advice?
