The British used a fingerprintless asset to attack Ireland.

When you hear about Brits spying abroad and they have no idea why they are accused of spying its because the British have been using behaviour modification for spying purposes. For example when a person spends the days roaming the streets then stabs a member of the Jewish community this is what they are using.
