New client deals

I’ve only taken 2 classes and want to take advantage of the 2 week unlimited. I was told as long as I have taken under 10 I am still a new client. But whenever I try to purchase this it says I’m no longer eligible? It also doesn’t show up for me in the app. I have not purchased any packages before just single classes. Any reason why it’s not letting me do it?
