7 day trip to West Sicily

Hi there guys! I would like to have some help with building an itiniary for my family for a trip around west Sicily. What do you guys recommend to visit and where to stay as a base (max maybe 2-3 locations). We would like a combination of beach stays, sightseeing and culture/food. I was looking into Palermo, San Vito Lo Capo, Erice, Cefalu, Trapani. Would you guys change/add anything, how would you structure it?
