Do you think Scottie or CMB could ever win DPOY over Wemby (who plays 65 games)?

Title. A lot of people think Wemby is a lock for DPOY until he retires, provided be plays enough. Is there any universe where he doesn't and Scottie or CMB win instead? Maybe if the Spurs record is really bad one year where we get #1 seed and #1 defense, but it's hard to imagine since record isn't as important for DPOY as it is other rewards. They're definitely both talented enough to do it, but idk if the narrative is there. What do you guys think?
