The Giant’s Valley [Gm4A]

GM4A

I’m Aesu, I’m 25F, i have approximately 9 years and I’m looking for a roleplaying partner that I vibe with.
Some things about me before I get into the scenario:
I can’t promise replies longer than three paragraphs (approx 5-10 sentences per paragraph). My standard reply is about 7-15 lines (but will reply shorter if that seems to be the vibe.) and I start struggling to give consistent quality replies if i push for more than that constantly. I can work with folks who prefer shorter replies or newer folks who are intimidated by novella type roleplay. I prefer 3rd person but can work with folks who rp first by switching to second person.

Anyway! The scenario!
In the beginning ages Giants were considered the protectors of man kind, that is until, legends say, they became disenchanted with the title, and began to harm what the gods ordered them to protect.
Now, giants and humans lived in a tense twisted sense of peace, the giants stayed in their valley, unable to leave due to nothing that produces enough to sustain them thriving outside it and humans that didn’t wander too close to the giants didn’t go missing.
Legends around these giants seemed to be warnings of their brutish behavior, that they seemed to see humans as more of pests or prey now that they’ve attempted to shed their protector duties.
Y/c decided to take the risky traveling path that went alongside the edge of the valley, close enough the risk of a giant spotting is probable, but far enough it’s not a guarantee.
Why did they? Who knows. But they did, now they’ve been snatched up by a young giant and taken to their home.
The young giant seems more curious, the human is nothing like they’ve heard…
Their older brother doesn’t seem quite as eager to accept that humans are as harmless as they claim to the giants, keeping family secrets that could explain everything.
Surviving the valley means either escape, befriending the captors or convincing the giants that you’re more useful, (or maybe entertaining) alive.
