K1C 2024 with CFS upgrade kit error when resuming prints from time to time.

I do not know how to make this happens reliable, but, from time to time, when a print pauses for some reason, when I try to resume I get the print aborted and this on the console, I'm pretty sure there is something wrong on the resume macro, how can I fix this?
