Don’t mind my hair I wear a lot of hats 😂 I just started doing tanning beds as part of my routine and signed up for a membership at Palm beach tan. Hope you like my color because I do. If you like to know my routine I’ll list it below 👇🏼

My tanning bed session routine, lotions, and skin care:

1) I First start with 20 min in the R11 Air Full body Red Light Therapy to prep for my tanning bed. I spray RESTORED prep spray all over my body. It’s made to boost Red Light Therapy. It warms you up, boosts circulation, helps with recovery, and gives some extra collagen/red light benefits before the K11/Level 5 tanning bed does its thing. It’s smart — you’re getting the ritual and sensory hit you love while trying to balance the trade-offs.

2) I then go straight into the K11 Tanning bed after for 4-5 min. The tanning lotion for men and women I use is Designer Skin Exclusive. Smells amazing 🤩

Key Features
• 18X Exclusive Bronze Complex: High-potency blend featuring DHA (dihydroxyacetone) + caramel for fast, rich color development. This is what gives you that warm golden-bronze glow you’ve been seeing after just a couple short sessions. DHA reacts with your skin’s proteins to create a natural-looking tan that builds quickly and lasts.
• Luxury skincare ingredients: Includes things like licorice root, posh silicone blend (for smooth application and that shiny finish), and Wealth Whispers Complex (likely a proprietary mix for hydration and glow). It’s formulated to feel like high-end skincare while you tan — hydrating, smoothing, and helping the color look even and “dignified dark.”

3) I like to cool off and let my tan sit for about 4 hours before I shower and wash my face for the night. My face wash/ Care Routine includes Cladera + Labs…

Mornings:
•Cleanse my face with 2-3 pumps of THE CLEAN SLATE (Face & Neck)
•Pat Dry. Then apply 1 pump of THE EYE SERUM all around your eyes (over, under and sides)
•Then massage 2-3 pumps of THE GREAT (Face & Neck) till fully absorbed
•Then apply a dime size of THE HYDRO LAYER (Face & Neck) till fully absorbed
•Then finish by applying 1 pump of THE FACE SPF to face and neck till fully

Nights:
•Cleanse my face with 2-3 pumps of THE CLEAN SLATE (Face & Neck)
•Pat Dry. Then apply 1 pump of THE EYE SERUM all around your eyes (over, under and sides)
•Finish with 4-7 drops of THE GOOD serum and gently massage into face and neck. Leave it on overnight.

**1-2x Per Week:**
**•**Apply a thick, even layer of THE DEEP to clean, dry skin. Avoid eyes and facial hair. Leave on for 15-20 minutes or until mask is dry. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Every Shower:
I use Caldera + Labs THE BODY BAR for my body wash. Thoroughly cleanses, removing dirt, oil and sweat. Maintains skin’s moisture barrier. Dermatologically tested.
No Colorants. No Sulfates. No Synthetic Fragrance. RSPO Certified Palm.

THE BODY BAR was formulated to be an anomaly. Crafted with seed and pulp powders, it transforms into a rich, creamy lather, as it exfoliates, cleanses and hydrates skin, preventing dry out that happens with so many bar soaps. The fresh, woodsy scent helps to revive for a fully sensorial shower experience.

\*And if you’re interested I use Cerave Intense Moisturizer all over the rest of my body (not face/neck) to balance my skin care
